Essential Responsibilities
-Process all Section 8 Lease Renewals in financial system
-Timely distribute/submit online renewal leases to the respective Section 8 agencies
-Distribute Tenant’s copy of renewed lease
-Update lease charges to reflect new Section 8 breakdown and adjust tenant’s ledger accordingly
- Handle HQS process including monitoring extranet, coordinate cure of failed inspections and submitting to respective agencies
- Handle all section 8 billing inquiries and work with management to resolve discrepancies
- Perform quarterly analysis of subsidy arrears and work with supervisor for collection process
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of Accounts Receivables experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- Knowledge of Yardi preferred
- Bilingual a plus
