Account Director, Local Broadcast, DH 120k with comp. plan Greenwich CT
The position of Account Director of Local Broadcast is responsible for overseeing client account activity and supervising local buyers. In this position you will be the primary liaison between clients and agency partners. You will also be responsible for all aspects of assigned accounts from negotiation through the stewardship process. The ideal candidate is flexible and can modify his or her approach based on the evolving needs of their clients, utilizing their extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals.

A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must have the ability to network effectively; lead the team and present new approaches.

Qualifications
Suitable candidates have the following experience:

• Minimum five-ten years’ experience managing local broadcast accounts
• Polished, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all executive levels within the corporation
• Leadership ability
• Self-starter with own ideas to implement to achieve goals
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team player
• Strong oral and written communication skills
