Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish)in Mount Vernon, NY

Our client, a wireless communications wholesaler located in Mt. Vernon, is in need of a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to assist their wireless retailers. In this role you will be providing product and service information, resolving product and service issues, as well as offering suggestions on training opportunities as appropriate. You will be expected to reach out proactively to inform the retailers of crucial information or collect data needed to better serve customer base. This is a temporary to permanent position and a great entry-level opportunity. Hours: 10am-6:30pm; Salary: $35K; email resume to jobs@concordepersonnel.com
Job Duties:
• Service Retailers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Respond to occasional iChat’s while responding to incoming calls
• Open customer accounts by recording account information
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Escalate unresolvable issues in CRM with all detail
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Record all calls in CRM system
• Complete outbound call campaigns to retailers that are either informative or inquisitive and records responses in CRM system promptly
• Will share in tasks that include reporting statistics to our sales force as well as internal reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service telephone Skills, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking, some basic Microsoft Office Skills. Open-minded and willing to learn new things, able and willing to take direction and share best practices, Calm demeanor as to best serve our retailers. Bi–lingual (Spanish) a must.
