If you refer someone to Concorde and we place that person permanently at a job as a result of your recommendation, you will receive $250.  Payment is subject to the person remaining on the job for at least 100 days and is payable at the end of that time.  There is no limit to the number of payments that can be made to any single individual.

Temp Referrals

If you refer a company and Concorde Temporary Staffing fills a temporary assignment with that company for at least 200 hours, you will receive a $50 referral bonus.

If you refer a candidate that works on a temporary assignment for at least 150 hours through Concorde Temporary Staffing you will receive a $50 referral bonus.

If we place a candidate that you refer in a permanent position, you will receive a $250 referral bonus.  (Payment is subject to the person remaining on the job for at least 100 days and is payable at the end of that time.) 

There is no limit to the number of bonuses you can receive!
