Our client is a NYC based Private Equity Fund, looking for an Accounting Manager to assist the CFO/COO.

$1.5 billion AUM

Over 1,000 unique investors

Series of 5 vintage year private equity funds

1 hedge fund of funds

Requirements:
CPA
5-7 years of experience, with a concetration on Private Equity fund accounting
Experience with SunGard and Investran CRM a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and Word skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (investor relations experience a plus)
SEC experience a plus
Strong attention to detail
Self Starter

Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and review of quarterly financial statements and capital account statements in conjunction with outside fund administrators
- Preparation of monthly NAV's for hedge fund in conjunction with fund administrator
- Calculation of quarterly multiples and management fees
- Coordination of annual audits
- Preparation and posting of capital call and distribution notices
- Preparation of cash projections and funding needs
- Assist with investor requests
- Review tax estimates and K-1's
- Oversight of investor portal and CRM
- Assist CCO with SEC compliance
- Maintain books and records and oversee operations of several GP entities

Our client is looking for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will consistently close new business in a highly competitive, consultative selling environment. Must have the ability to initiate high-level interactive business conversations with key decision makers in both small and large product manufacturers and service companies as it relates to Internet marketing and advertising programs in the industrial/engineering space. The ability to create interest and build value by use of multi-call process is essential. Must be able to identify and develop strategies to overcome both obvious and hidden hurdles in the decision making process. Must be able to build a strong pipeline, close new business and expand customer relationships that ensure renewal and increase business.

Job Requirements/Skill Specifications:
Education:
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. BA or BS preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years professional selling experience
- Prior total earnings (base plus commissions) at $75,000 or evidence of performance illustrating potential for target earnings.
- The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous experience selling online marketing and advertising programs or services
* Proven ability to build a solid customer base through networking and cold calling prospective clients
* Prior experience in B2B - with focus on manufacturing/industrial type clients a plus
