This is a potential Temp-To-Perm position. Our client is looking for a payroll administrator.
Major Duties:
- Maintain employee data for tax, banking and timekeeping in SAP
- Process payroll for monthly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly and weekly payrolls
- W-4 Processing
- Administer garnishments and other vendor checks accurately
- Manage time administration for vaious groups via SAP
- Works closely with North American facilities in a Shared Service environment; supports local representatives and employees with daily tasks associated with payroll, maintenance and time keeping.
- Work closely with other HR departments and time administrators to resolve day-to-day issues
- Support external audit during year-end
- Prepare reports, i.e. Garnishments/payroll reports, payroll audit, hours report for locations (every pay period)
Requirements:
- Education: AS Degree at Minimum
- Experience: At least 3 years of payroll processing, experience with SAP or other in-house system strongly preferred.
Additional Knowledge Requirements: Excdellent communication skills, service focused, detail oriented, self-starter able to work with minimal supervision in team environment.
40 hr work week, M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm.
