Our clients usually look for several medical claims processors for long and short term temporary assignments. The ideal candidates for these types of positions would have claims processing/Call Center experience, must have a knowledge of CPT4 and ICD9 coding.
An Example of Experience and Skills would be as follows:
Customer Service experience working in an inbound Call Center
Preferred but not required is if experienec in Call Center includes working in the health care industry
Previous experience working with physicians or billing companies
Ability to work in a fast paced environment on calls for 7 hours a day
Extra Plus - Previous medical claims experience or working in the Facets system
Windows environment and working with multiple applications being open
Documenting (typing) into the system what transpired during each call
Soft skills in speaking with someone telephonically
Able to multi task
Good follow-up skills
Listens well

Our client is looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk until approximately early-mid February. This individual must be familiar with following sox procedures (Great Plains) when receiving a bill. This person needs to ensure proper approvals are received, then code the invoice properly in Great Plains. Then prior to cutting a check they must receive several other signatures before the CFO.
- Will ensure that all invoice and check batches are accurate
- Interact with Vendors/ Internal & External Departments & Upper Management
- Reconcile AP aging to Historical Aged Trial Balance
- Ensure that all checks have been issued in accordance with company policy
- Perform 3 way match- invoice/purchase order/receiver
- Utilize Scanner & help drive to a paperless environment
- Prepare and distribute the monthly AP close calendar
- Reconcile Vendor Accounts
- Assist AP manager with invoice accruals at month end

Responsibilities:

Background:
- Generalist who can develop effective relations with managers and executives
- Has prepared Affirmative Action Plan
- Has worked in a corporate office or headquarters with manufacturing background
- Some experience in recruiting all ranges of finance, sales and legal positions
- Exposure to international cultures... Can be in a working environment or lived abroad. Any exposure to German Culture or language is a huge plus.

The hours are Monday - Friday, with varying hours of 30-40 hrs per week. Flexible schedule, generally hours of operation are 8:30am-5:00pm.

Our client is looking to fill a temporary Accounts Payable position to process and schedule timely payment of all invoices for purchases and expenses for the company and selected subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Process through company's workflow imaging system (IXOS) invoices in SAP for all locations on SAP, which are purchase order related.
- Route invoices through the workflow which are non purchase order related for approval, then process the invoice for payment once invoice has been returned via workflow into In-Box.
- Process expense reports and check request from workflow imaging system
- Review the weekly payment proposal and make necessary adjustment
- Run the weekly check run and print any necessary manual checks
- Mail and file checks weekly
- Process all wire transfers (by requesting the transfer and then posting the transaction)
- Accounts Payable customer service for all inquiries regarding the status of an invoice and payment for extern and internal request
- Miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
This is an ongoing temporary assignment, with a POSSIBILITY of turning into a temp-to-perm w/ a salary of upper 30's.
