Confidentiality
The identity of your company will remain confidential during the search process. Confidentiality is important for two reasons. First, if your personnel are unaware of the search process you can avoid the potential for internal hearsay and morale difficulties. Second, rumors concerning your company's stability or corporate planning efforts are prevented from developing on the part of your customers and competitors.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee our work. If a hired candidate is terminated due to performance or leaves the client's employ within thirty calendar days after commencing employment, we will endevour to replace the candidate at no charge (at the same salary) provided we are notified in writing within three (3) days of the termination date.

We work with you to develop a detailed description of the targeted position and profile of the desired candidate. We learn as much as possible about your organization, reporting relationships, responsibilities and performance expectations, the interviewing process, etc. We also clarify the educational and experience levels required. Finally, we explore compensation, benefits and career potential so that we can represent your opportunity attractively to desirable candidates.
2. The Candidate Search
We begin our search for appropriate candidates by utilizing all the resources at our disposal. These efforts may include a review of our candidate database, tapping our network of industry professionals, development and placement of targeted advertising and recruitment from companies in relevant businesses. While our goal is to locate and attract candidates that match your stated requirements closely, we occasionally find that the search should be broadened. If this becomes necessary we will help you reexamine the position in order to complete the search successfully. All through this process you will receive progress reports.
3. The Screening Process
Candidates that appear to have potential are interviewed. Any candidates that are a 'close fit' are 'held to the side' for consideration later on, if necessary. During this phase we will refer the best candidates to you, communicate our impressions of their strengths and any background elements that may differ slightly from the position profile. If you request, we
will attempt to check the references of candidates you are interested in and will provide you with the results.
4. Completing the Placement
We will review with you the relative merits of the final candidates and will assist you in formulating an offer when a decision is reached. We recommend that we handle any compensation negotiations to prevent any pre-employment misunderstandings. We extend your formal offer of employment to the candidate, confirm the start date and other details and secure acceptance of the offer.
