Director of B-to-B Business Development - Valhalla

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this person will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans designed to ensure consistent growth and market dominance in the Retail and Wholesale B2B channels. Email resume to FB@concordepersonnel.com

Responsibilities include:

Develop and mentor a motivated sales force to maintain and expand our existing national presence with brick & mortar and e-commerce retailers. (Current customers include Costco, Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Best Buy, Lowes, Total Wine, Bed Bath & Beyond and more)
Develop and execute a sales plan to build and grow sales with appliance distributors and key appliance retailers targeting the Kitchen and Architectural Design marketplace
Discover new ecommerce channels and platforms for Wine Enthusiast key products to resell
The ability to establish and build long-term trusted relationships with key account buyers, planners and support personnel.
Identify business opportunities with the accounts and work with internal partners to create customized plans to drive results.
Develop and present key account business reviews to grow business and profits.
Manage a staff of account manager, admin and customer service
Represent the organization and present products at trade exhibitions & events.
Provide detailed reporting to executive management in a timely manner.
Domestic travel as required

Bachelor's Degree

Professional Experience:

Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of hands on selling experience with national accounts within Big Box, Appliances and E-Commerce categories.

Required Skills:

Proven record of achievement with strong leadership and mentoring qualities.
Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
Managed both company and independent sales professionals.
Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong desire to excel.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, NetSuite and various social media platforms.
