Our client, a well-respected Heating and HVAC company located in Westchester, is in need of a Service Manager to direct the daily operations of the Service Department. In this role, you will lead the team of staff who repair and maintain heating and air conditioning systems in addition to communicating directly with residential and commercial clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction. You will be expected to recruit and train technicians, conduct performance reviews, and recommend improvements through one-on-one and group interaction. You will work directly with the service technicians, dispatch personnel and the management team to provide accurate communication of job/project requirements and status. As a member of the senior management team, your role will also entail developing and monitoring budgets, goals, and objectives to ensure profitability. The ultimate candidate for this position will have previous HVAC and refrigeration experience and STRONG management skills.
