Job Description
Supervise and coordinate Human Resource matters within organization, including wage and salary administration, recruitment and hiring, performance appraisal, training and development, employee benefits administration, human resource policy development.
Responsibilities
Administer Human Resource Policies and Procedures throughout organization.
Recruit and screen applicants for staff positions within organization.
Verify data and qualifications listed on applicants’ resumes.
Supervise Human Resources Department staff.
Revise or prepare Human Resources forms as needed.
Develop and monitor implementation of orientation systems for new employees.
Process all new hire, employment status change and termination forms.
Coordinate all matters pertaining to employee’s benefits.
Responsible for performance appraisal program.
Monitor completion of new hire, promotional and disciplinary evaluations.
Supervise compliance of Human Resource matters with the agency’s By-Laws and Human Resources practices.
Revise and rewrite Human Resources Practices with Equal Opportunity.
Implement all new laws or legislative changes which affect procedures within the agency.
Responsible for job analysis and job evaluation.
Represent agency at hearings.
Responsible for wage and salary administration.
Maintain all Human Resources files, insure that all files are kept current and all information contained in the files is correct.
Conduct exit interviews.
Responsible for all matters pertaining to the Human Resources aspects of organization.

Assure compliance with all laws affecting employment.
Minimum Requirements
Desirable level of formal education: Master’s degree in Human Resource or Business
Total number of year’s applicable experience to qualify: Three years’ experience in Human Resource management.
Special knowledge, training and skill requirements: Knowledge of EEO, human resource and labor law.
