We are looking for a dynamic hands-on professional to take on the role of Senior/Assistant Billing and RCM Manager for our client located in Armonk, NY. This is a permanent position; Hours: 8:30-5:00; Pay Rate: $20+(DOE); email resume to jobs@concordepersonnel.com

Interested candidates must have the following skills in order to be considered:

Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare access management, billing, and collection principles.
Demonstrated knowledge of medical billing, CPT/ICD10 coding, financial reporting and management, with a thorough knowledge of the collection process
Extensive experience in AR analysis with a proactive approach to addressing issues that prevent timely reimbursement
Identifies coding issues related to billing denials, prepare appeals and implementation of procedures programs to prevent future coding\billing issues. Review remittance advice, work with insurance companies and health care providers to get claims processed and paid. Review and appeal unpaid and denied claims from Managed Care plans, Medicaid, and Commercial payers. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside and advisors. Advises management of actions and potential risks.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Able to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
Very strong interpersonal skills

Customer Service - Temporary

The main responsibilities include:

Answer in-bound customer calls
Communicate with customers via email & Live Chat
Command thorough product knowledge of our merchandise
Process customer orders accurately and quickly via our computer system
Assist customers with product selection and questions

The successful candidates will:

have 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
maintain fast and accurate data entry skills (Excel is a plus)
be detail oriented
possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
be good listeners
have strong multi-tasking skills and outstanding organizational skills
be able to work in high demand environment with minimal supervision
have a clear, calm and pleasant speaking voice
have prior call center experience
have prior receptionist and or retail experience
have an edge if there is experience working with refrigeration/electronic appliances or interest in learning about our wine refrigeration units or.

Technical Support Specialist - Valhalla

The primary job of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide general customer service and telephone troubleshooting for customers and field repair technicians needing assistance with operating or repairing wine storage refrigerators and wine cellar cooling units. Handle incoming technical support calls in order to troubleshoot potential defect and/or usability
Contact service companies to initiate repair calls
Work with in-house service technician on return unit repairs
Work with Inventory planning to order replacement parts for cellar repairs

High school, college preferred

Professional Experience:

2-3 years of Technical experience (we would prefer HVAC, but electrical/machinery/automotive or small engine interest is ok as well)

Strong multi-tasking skills and outstanding organizational skills
