We are looking for a dynamic hands-on professional to take on the role of Senior/Assistant Billing and RCM Manager for our client located in Armonk, NY. This is a permanent position; Hours: 8:30-5:00; Pay Rate: $20+(DOE); email resume to jobs@concordepersonnel.com

Interested candidates must have the following skills in order to be considered:

Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare access management, billing, and collection principles.
Demonstrated knowledge of medical billing, CPT/ICD10 coding, financial reporting and management, with a thorough knowledge of the collection process
Extensive experience in AR analysis with a proactive approach to addressing issues that prevent timely reimbursement
Identifies coding issues related to billing denials, prepare appeals and implementation of procedures programs to prevent future coding\billing issues. Review remittance advice, work with insurance companies and health care providers to get claims processed and paid. Review and appeal unpaid and denied claims from Managed Care plans, Medicaid, and Commercial payers. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside and advisors. Advises management of actions and potential risks.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Able to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
Very strong interpersonal skills

Our client, a manufacturing company located in Yonkers, is in need of a Mail Room Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for Import/Export shipment documentation and be in direct contact with forwarders and customs brokers as well as arranging inter-company movement of documents and materials. Administrative duties will include but are not limited to, data entry, creating reports, filing and maintaining department records and documents. You must be capable and comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment and able to lift at least 50lbs. Computer proficiency required (Microsoft Office). This is a Temp-to-Permanent opportunity; Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm; Pay Rate: $20/hr; email resume to jobs@concordepersonnel.com

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepares the documents for the Import and Export shipments and coordinates with Forwarders and Customs broker.

· Performs Data Entry and prepares reports.

· Files and maintains accurate records/documents for the department.

· Prepares payment requests.

· Arranges the inland transportation of documents and materials between Yonkers office, Yonkers Plant, site offices, vendors, customer offices and Forwarders.

· Coordinates with the insurance companies on all damage claims from inland and overseas transportation.

Job Requirements:

· Must have an Associates (A.A.) degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

· Must be proficient in the English measurement system and be able to learn the Metric measurement system within a specified period of time.

· Must be capable of working in an active manufacturing environment and be able to climb stairs or ladders, and be able to lift, push, or pull at minimum 50 lbs.
